The Borgo, constructed in 2011, has a roomy layout and has all the modern conveniences a person needs. Spacious bedrooms (all with private bathrooms), airconditioning, floor-heating/cooling, two modern kitchens with all imaginable appliances, a gym, Wi-Fi, satellite TV etc. Around the house, you will find both sunny and shady terraces. The portico has a beautiful, large wooden table, suited for 10 persons. The harmonica doors of the living room and the dining room open up full width to the portico, hence making inside outside and easy to serve the food from the kitchen.
The large infinity pool (7×12) is situated in a panoramic position. Floating around you see the surrounding hills. The pool area has a pool house, outdoor shower, fridge, sink, toilet and cloak room.
We offer three possibilities for rental: 1. the complete house (440m2) exclusively for 10 persons, 2. the apartment (140m2) for 2-6 persons and 3. the tiny cottage (35m2). When the guests choose option 1 they have exclusive use of house, pool and grounds. When choosing option 2 or 3 there is a chance that you have to share the land and pool with other guests and/or the owners . The Borgo is a perfect location for a family reunion, considering the layout of the separate living/kitchen/terrace area of the apartment.
